Key Responsibilities:
House Management Duties:
Supervise and coordinate domestic staff (housekeepers, drivers, gardeners, etc.)
Oversee daily household operations, ensuring cleanliness, order, and security
Handle household budgeting, expenses, and bill payments
Manage inventory of household supplies and coordinate procurement
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs
Organize and supervise events or gatherings at the residence
Personal Assistant Duties:
Manage the employer's calendar, appointments, and reminders
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
Handle personal errands such as shopping, bookings, and reservations
Prepare reports, correspondence, or presentations as needed
Maintain confidential files and personal documents
Act as a liaison between the employer and business or personal contacts
Requirements:
Proven experience as a House Manager, PA, or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
Tech-savvy and proficient with office and scheduling tools
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently
Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
UAE driving license is a plus.
