PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE

• Curate and develop an engaging and diverse annual program of events including music, theater, dance, opera, and other performing arts genres.
• Research and identify emerging artists, productions, and performance trends globally to create a unique and attractive lineup.
• Collaborate closely with artists, agents, production companies, and internal teams to negotiate contracts, schedule performances, and manage logistics.
• Oversee the budgeting and financial aspects of programming, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in programming, event management, or arts administration, preferably within a cultural institution, performing arts center, or entertainment industry.
