PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE
Curate and develop an engaging and diverse annual program of events including music, theater, dance, opera, and other performing arts genres.
Research and identify emerging artists, productions, and performance trends globally to create a unique and attractive lineup.
Collaborate closely with artists, agents, production companies, and internal teams to negotiate contracts, schedule performances, and manage logistics.
Oversee the budgeting and financial aspects of programming, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Bachelor\'s degree in Arts Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master\'s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in programming, event management, or arts administration, preferably within a cultural institution, performing arts center, or entertainment industry.
Proven track record in curating successful and diverse programming with a deep understanding of various performing arts genres.
