Business Process Review and Mapping - Review existing policies and processes defined in the playbooks by liaising with key stakeholders. Conduct gap analysis, business process mapping, and consult leadership to identify priority projects to implement.
Project Management - Plan and drive the implementation of identified projects in line with the agreed-upon timelines. Manage stakeholders and leadership team through implementation to ensure awareness and alignment.
Policy Management - Review and manage policy documents and ensure that they are in line with the UAE Law. Conduct regular reviews and recommend policy enhancement in line with industry standards. Drive the awareness of these policies through various interventions.
Change Management - Take ownership of the entire document management process, including the drafting, reviewing, publishing, and communication of policies, contracts, playbooks, and other relevant documents. Ensure that these documents are reviewed and updated as scheduled. Implement employee engagement initiatives and roadshows, conduct stakeholder and leadership awareness sessions, and handhold employees through all process improvement initiatives. Manage all queries and grievances that may arise.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
Preferably Bachelors in related Engineering field. Master\'s degree in business/management
8+ years of experience working in business process improvement, process optimization, or related roles. Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering value.
Certifications in any process improvement tools - Six Sigma, Kaizen
