We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented
Sales Assistant
to manage our
roastery stall
inside a hypermarket. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
selling roasted items
(such as pulses, spices, nuts, snacks,..),
refilling product bins
, maintaining stall cleanliness, and
engaging with customers
to provide excellent service and promote our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers with product selection and provide product information
Weigh, pack, and label items accurately based on customer requests
Refill bins and displays regularly to ensure they are always stocked
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall at all times
Monitor product freshness and report any quality issues
Handle cash or point-of-sale (POS) transactions, if required
Track inventory levels and inform the supervisor when stock is low
Follow all company policies, including health and safety standards
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for weighing and handling cash
Physically fit - ability to stand for long hours and lift product containers
Honest, punctual, and presentable appearance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, or other regional languages) are an advantage
Candidates with valid own visa (husband/sponsor visa) will be considered
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED1,500.00 per month
