to lead and optimize our daily production and retail operations. The ideal candidate must havestrong experience within the UAE roastery industry
, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products and customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily roastery operations and production workflow Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling Maintain quality control standards for roasting, packaging, and presentation Monitor inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, & operational policies Drive operational efficiency and store performance
