Qualifications experience, skills and competencies
Bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
Minimum 8 years of experience working in international roaming operations
Excellent skills in 3G, LTE, VOLTE and 5G technologies and roaming signalling call flows
Multi-vendor Experience in CS,PS & Mobile Core services
Excellent skills in signalling protocols SCCP, MAP, CAP, RANAP, GTP, DNS, S1AP, Diameter, SIP and VOIP
Excellent skills in roaming implementations and command excutions in Nokia MSS, Huawei SGSNs, MMEs, SGWs. PGWs, HSS, PCRF, SPS/DRA, Roamware NTR, WSMS, SRA, Mobileum Global Roamer, Kalix, Polystar, Traffica.
Excellent skills in voice & data service quality validations based on GSMA standards and recommendations
Excellent skills in automation of reporting and dashboards
Self-motivated, team player and result-oriented
Flexibility, multitasking, process oriented and conflict resolution skills
Analytical, conceptual, initiative thinking
