Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry-Level Roadshow Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our international roadshows. This role involves coordinating hotel bookings, managing procurement processes, and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate hotel and venue bookings for global roadshows Manage Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) Follow up on booking confirmations, contracts, and invoices Liaise with procurement, accounts, and audit teams for approvals and payments Maintain organized records of contracts and documentation Ensure compliance with Sobha Realty's quality standards Support vendor communication and update project trackers Provide administrative and on-ground event support Work flexible hours to support international time zones

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of experience in events, hospitality, or admin support Minimum 1 year of Salesforce experience Basic knowledge of hotel coordination and procurement Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Fluent in English
