ob Title: Road Utilities As-Built Draftsman

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Road Utilities As-Built Draftsman to prepare accurate as-built drawings for road and infrastructure utilities in accordance with UAE authority requirements. The role requires close coordination with site engineers, survey teams, and project stakeholders to ensure precise documentation and smooth project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare as-built drawings for road and infrastructure utilities (water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, electrical, telecom, etc.).

Ensure drawings are fully compliant with UAE authority standards (RTA, DM, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, etc.).

Work closely with site engineers and surveyors to update drawings from redlines, markups, and site conditions.

Maintain updated drawing records for authority submissions and project handover.

Deliver accurate and high-quality drawings within set timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/ITI/Engineering background in Civil/Infrastructure Drafting or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in preparing as-built drawings for road utilities projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.

Strong understanding of UAE authority standards and submission requirements.

Ability to work independently with precision and attention to detail.
