Responsible for preparing and delivering accurate As-Built drawings for architectural projects, reflecting the actual construction on site. Ensures all drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards. Works closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to document modifications and changes made during the construction phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, update, and finalize accurate As-Built drawings for architectural projects.
Review approved design drawings and compare them with actual site execution.
Coordinate with architects, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to confirm all site modifications.
Update drawings based on consultant, client, or contractor instructions and site conditions.
Ensure all drawings meet consultancy standards and local/international codes.
Organize and maintain project drawing files and digital archives.
Contribute to the development of the consultancy's architectural detail library.
Prepare simple quantity take-offs related to drawings when required.
Ensure timely delivery and high-quality output of drawings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in As-Built drafting within engineering consultancy offices.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(mandatory); knowledge of
Revit or BIM software
is an advantage.
Solid understanding of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
