Job Description
Our Company is a road contractor and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, specifically in the road construction. This role requires a thorough understanding of road and infrastructure works, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring construction quality standards.
Salary will be based on interview.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Developing site sketches and maps. Conducting surveys. Calculating site measurements. Recording survey results. Measuring land boundaries. Verifying data and calculations. Preparing survey drawings. Coordinating and monitoring assigned engineering projects at the site. Maximizing project efficiency and profitability. Delegating tasks to various project employees. Upkeeping and maintaining company tools and machinery at the project site. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on project execution. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required. Interacting with clients/parties and the Project Implementation Manager/Project Engineer. Coordinating with the logistics team for timely material availability at the site. Coordinating testing/QC of materials before dispatch. Liaising with clients and coordinating with designers and other engineers. Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
