Responsibilities

Has responsibility for coordinating and leading the day-to-day shop operations of Repair and Maintenance activities. Maintains quality, costs, and service standards by supervising employees. Ensures safe practices and compliance with standard maintenance and repair procedures. Receiving the completion tools, instruct scope of work to assembly team, torquing the assemblies, pressure test the assemblies, gas test the assemblies if required, inspect the assemblies, prepare sub assembly make up sheet, coordinate with client for inspection and review and finally prepare for transportation to rig. Increases operational effectiveness by having a significant impact on recruiting, training, developing, and retaining qualified employees.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (not listed in any particular order)

• Supervise and perform sub assy jobs, make up and pressure test completion tools such as packer, safety valves, chemical injection sub, Gas lift Mandrel.
• Good Knowledge of premium connections and graph interpretration.
• Providing front line support with customer and accurately completing all documentation and sub assembly sheets to customer for sub assembly jobs.

Conduct morning meeting, supervise assembly make up, pressure

test of completion tools and inspection of assembly to confirm if assy meets QA/QC requirement of clients. * Prepare Service Quality plans, /Contingency plans, adhere to company QHSE plan and generate OFI(opportunity for improvement) in sub assembly operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Knowledge of completion and Sub assemby.
• Minimum 7 year of experience as R&M supervisor
• Managing the team of 7+ employees;
• R&M experience:sub assy jobs, make up and pressure test completion tools such as packer, safety valves, chemical injection sub, Gas lift Mandre
• Good Knowledge of premium connections and graph interpretration
• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering
