We are looking for a dynamic Risk/Products Officer with excellent communication and computer skills. The candidate will document the existing products and services, then move on to creation of new financial products, keep track of the achieved sales and report to product owner. Also, the officer must be able to improve the quality of the customer portfolio and maintain it by acting preventively to avoid accounts non-performance, and implement Due Diligence measures for bank accounts on-boarding. Roles and Responsibilities
Support the bank\xe2\x80\x99s credit team and risk management team to drive them towards effective implementation of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategy.
Develop and review policies to ensure proper implementation of onboarding due diligence and enforce proactive due diligence on identified accounts to prevent deterioration at an early stage.
Develop policies and procedures and implement dynamic monitoring measures of the customer portfolio.
Conduct monthly and annual reviews on business asset finance portfolio as per the policies of the bank and highlight the red flags to the management.
Support bank\xe2\x80\x99s credit team in negotiations with clients having deteriorating credits for a smooth exit and explore possibilities for an amicable settlement of liabilities before initiating legal action.
Assist bank\xe2\x80\x99s products team to reduce the cost of risk within the customer portfolio.
Full awareness on product knowledge and implementing them at all times.
Build a new product catalog to document existing products/services. Collate and review available description to produce new uniform documents.
Assist in preparation of new products/services, including terms and conditions, qualification criteria, obligation during product life-cycle, defaulting actions, conclusion/sunset of product as well as modelling.
Educate sales/marketing team to channel the bank products to the identified target segment and achieve / exceed the assigned targets.
Advise sales/marketing team on preparation of daily sales report (DSR) for the visited customers and companies which should be completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Qualifications
English (Required), Arabic (Preferred).
BBA/BCom is required, Master\xe2\x80\x99s (Preferred).
Experience in accounting.
Previous experience in banking environment is a plus.
Experience in ICS Banks core system is a plus.
Strong interest in business and finance
The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
