Job Description
An excellent opportunity is available for a Credit Risk Senior Officer with a banking business who offer a wide range of banking products and services based in the head office location in Sharjah. Reporting to the Head of Remedial Management, you will contribute to profitability through recovery of existing delinquent borrowing relationships with the aim to maximise client settlement and be responsible for monitoring watch-list accounts and manage overall portfolio asset quality to prevent further deterioration. Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively manage and follow up accounts
- Coordinate with Business groups for settlement of past dues beyond 45 days.
- Daily review of the past due report
- Communicate with the clients regarding to follow up on defaulted loans to reach amicable settlement
- Initiate legal notice, demand letters, emails to defaulted customers
- Recommend changes to internal risk rating and ensure correct implementation in line with management
decision/central bank guidelines - Recommend changes to Central Bank classifications based on management decision/Central bank guidelines
