What You'll Do

• Analyze large volumes of trading data to spot patterns, trends, and potential risks
• Track trading frequency, position sizes, volume spikes, and behavioral irregularities
• Build and maintain Python-based tools to detect trading anomalies in real time
• Develop SQL queries for deep-dive investigations and reporting
• Generate risk reports and visual dashboards to guide internal decision-making
• Monitor suspicious account activity and escalate alerts to compliance and legal teams
• Work closely with internal teams to follow up on flagged behaviors and finalize actions
• Document risk cases thoroughly and support audit and regulatory reviews

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1-2 years of relevant experience is a bonus
• Proficiency in Python (for modeling and automation) and SQL (for data extraction)
• Strong understanding of financial markets, especially forex or trading mechanics
• Comfortable using Excel and modern data visualization tools
• Mandarin or Chinese language skills required (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving approach
• Prior trading experience or fintech internship is a plus
• CFA, FRM, or similar certifications are a bonus but not mandatory
