Responsibilities:Enterprise & Operational Risk ManagementIdentify, assess, and monitor strategic, operational, financial, business, project, HSE, and supply-chain risksMaintain group-wide and business/project-specific risk registers, including mitigation and monitoring plansMonitor risks related to cost overruns, delays, department/subcontractor/vendors performance, material quality, and logisticsSupport business continuity and contingency planning for BUs, plants, projects, manufacturing facilities, sites, and critical suppliersCompliance & Regulatory OversightEnsure compliance with real estate laws, construction regulations, and HSE requirementsMonitor compliance with municipal approvals, permits, requirements, and contractual obligationsSupport compliance related to trade licensing, customs, VAT, and commercial regulations for trading businessesAct as liaison with regulators, auditors, consultants, and certification bodiesQuality Management Systems (QMS)Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) across businesses, projects, plants, and officesSupport integration of ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) where applicableEstablish quality objectives, KPIs, and performance monitoring mechanismsEnsure compliance with business plans, specifications, material standards, designs, products and services qualityConstruction, RMC & Manufacturing Quality ControlMonitor quality control procedures for ready-mix concrete production, material testing, batching accuracy, and deliveryEnsure quality compliance in manufacturing processes, raw materials, finished goods, and supplier approvalsSupport inspection and testing plans (ITPs), method statements, and non-conformance reporting (NCRs)Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality and operational issuesInternal Controls, Audits & Continuous ImprovementPlan and conduct internal audits for risk, compliance, and quality systemsCoordinate external audits (ISO, regulatory, client, and third-party audits)Track audit findings, non-conformities, and improvement actions to closureLead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, lost revenues & opportunities and operational inefficienciesMonitoring, Reporting & GovernancePrepare risk, compliance, and quality reports for the executive management and board-level reviewTrack compliance breaches, quality incidents, financial & operational risks, HSE issues, and corrective actionsProvide risk and quality input for new projects, investments, suppliers, and joint venturesMaintain accurate documentation and controlled records across all systemsTraining & CultureDeliver training on various business risks awareness, compliance requirements, quality standards, and ISO proceduresPromote a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and accountability across businesses management and operationsAct as a trusted advisor to the executive management.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional Certifications (Preferred)ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal AuditorISO 14001 / ISO 45001CRMP, CIA, CISA, or equivalent risk/compliance certificationsExperience10 years of combined experience in risk, compliance, and quality managementStrong exposure to property management, construction, manufacturing, and RMC operationsExperience working within multi-entity group structures and ERP-based environments Strong understanding of ISO standards, risk frameworks, and regulatory complianceIn-depth knowledge of various businesses processes, hands-on of process mapping / implementation for Real Estate Management, contracting, concrete technology, and manufacturing businesses.Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skillsStrong communication and cross-functional coordination abilitiesHigh ethical standards and attention to detail
