During your tenure as a Senior Consultant - Data Analytics - Data Scientist and CRM Quality and Reporting, you will support the Middle East Risk Internal Client Services team in working on CRM as a business tool for Risk Advisory with capabilities but not limited to the following:
Data Management
Perform day-to-day CRM activities to monitor and drive user adoption of best practices and rigor in updating the system with data quality in opportunity pipeline management, account management, and creation of contacts/individuals.
Ensure continual data integrity in line with the defined governance and procedures, and company best practices to enable Risk Advisory to derive insights and make effective decisions based on accurate data
Perform research related to CRM areas and validate and retrieve information, to inform account/opportunity owners to update CRM accurately.
Connect into Central CRM team to understand forthcoming changes, respond to requests and be an integral part of the firm\'s CRM community
Reporting and Analytics
Monitor and track that vital fields are updated by users to ensure accurate reporting
Design and produce streamlined dashboards/reports to provide in-depth analysis of the Sales data with meaningful insights, periodically and on requests for leadership meetings using analytics tools like Power BI
Support internal team reporting requirements across Industries, Service Lines, and functions of Finance, Resourcing, and others as needed
Continually innovate and look for opportunities to streamline reporting and derive insights from the data
Perform data analysis, utilizing analytical skills to find correlation between different types of data
Conduct industry market and client analysis
CRM Training, Support and Administration
Maintain user groups with regular reviews and updates on CRM license usage/requirement with growth in the Partner & Director community
Develop communications to the user group on key information related to CRM
Explore and drive use of additional functionalities of system features to meet the objectives of the user groups.
Provide support and CRM training to staff on an ongoing basis to best utilize the system while implementing \xe2\x80\x9chow-to\xe2\x80\x9d guides along with troubleshooting user issues and interfacing with support as required.
Maintain confidentiality of all internal information, including but not limited to the company and those of clients
Campaigns Management
Work with internal departments to understand their business objectives and plan campaigns based on CRM insight
Potential to manage the mailing lists within CRM by keeping them up to date.
Work with other enabling teams to own the distribution of data/insight from the CRM system to add value to wider projects

Qualifications:
Master\'s degree, preferably in Data Analytics or Data Science or any other related business studies
Minimum 4 years of proven professional experience in the field
Experience with CRM and Dashboarding platforms such as Salesforce/Power BI/Tableau
Proven experience of Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics CRM from a user-interface perspective
Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power BI
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good and confident communicator who can interact with senior leadership
Strong process skills and methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Language, Arabic
