During your tenure as an Executive Assistant, you will support the Middle East Risk Internal Client Services team in working on practice initiatives, and collaborating with teams to develop administration tasks including but not limited to the following: Responsibilities:
  • Receive and validate vendor invoices & payments and ensure proper charge code allocation
  • Organize appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain calendars and schedules.
  • Handling conference calls.
  • EA for some partners
  • Managing petty cash as applicable
  • Organizing events and book travel arrangements.
  • Assisting team with visa applications.
  • Helping the learning team with their event organization.
  • Sort, receive & distribute mail/incoming calls between employees
  • Greet incoming RA visitors & assist them.
  • Provide general support to he employees.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Business Administration
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in administration
  • Experience with Big 4 is preferred
  • Very Good command of written and spoken English, Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working
  • Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple task and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours
  • Willingness to travel (required)
  • Have the right drive and passion.
  • Currently available in Kuwait.
