During your tenure as a Business Analyst, you will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:

• Support in the implementation of business friendly centralized IAM controls framework that consistently enforces identity and access policy across HR processes and IT infrastructure, and application access into a common, service-oriented architecture to be integrated with existing and new applications for the delivery of secure access control;
• Support in maintaining detailed documentation of work undertaken.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science or any related field;
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the identity management industry;
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Perl, JavaScript, C++, C#, Java, etc.);
• Knowledge of IAM products (Oracle, Sailpoint, Aveksa, Ping as an example);
• Ability to describe common IAM technologies (SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Ability to grasp both business and technical processes and concepts;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to conduct extensive research, analyze and propose solutions;
• Well organized, efficient and detail oriented;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite solutions.

Deloitte
