Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all rigging duties for lifting and installing
precast concrete components
. Inspect and select appropriate lifting gear (slings, shackles, chains, spreader bars, etc.) before use. Work closely with crane operators, signalers, and lifting supervisors to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations. Follow detailed lifting plans and ensure loads are balanced and secured correctly. Assist in the alignment and placement of precast elements according to drawings and specifications. Conduct pre-lift safety checks and participate in toolbox talks. Report any unsafe conditions, equipment defects, or incidents immediately. Maintain rigging equipment and ensure all gear is certified and fit for purpose. Support general site activities as required under the direction of the Site or Lifting Supervisor.Location: Dubai, UAE
