Rigger - Telecom IndustrySummary:
The Rigger is responsible for installing, maintaining, and dismantling telecom tower equipment such as antennas, RRUs, feeders, and cables. The role requires working at height and ensuring all rigging activities are performed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and align antennas, microwave dishes, and cables on towers and rooftops. Perform cable routing, termination, and basic testing. Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE during rigging operations. Inspect and maintain rigging tools and climbing equipment. Support engineers in testing, commissioning, and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of telecom rigging experience in the UAE/GCC. Tower Climbing & Rescue Certification (mandatory). Basic knowledge of RF, fiber, and power installation. Physically fit and able to work at height. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
