Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, alignment, and maintenance of telecom antennas (RF, microwave, etc.). Terminate and test RF connectors, jumpers, and feeder cables. Install and secure waveguides, coaxial cables, hybrid cables, and fiber cables on towers. Climb towers safely using fall protection equipment and adhere to HSE policies. Assist in hoisting and rigging of antennas, radios, and associated equipment. Conduct VSWR, PIM, and line sweep testing (with engineers/testers). Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom sites.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

2 years' experience

as a Telecom Rigger in tower/antenna installation. Knowledge of RF connectors, antenna systems, and cabling. Physically fit with the ability to work at heights. Familiar with rigging tools, winches, pulleys, and lifting techniques. Understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices for working at heights. Ability to work in outdoor and remote site conditions.

Skills & Competencies

Strong discipline in safety procedures and tower climbing practices. Practical skills in telecom antenna installation and cable management. Team player with the ability to follow instructions and coordinate with engineers. Adaptability to outdoor, offshore, and remote site environments.
