About this role

We are doing a recruitment campaign and currently sourcing for Tool Pusher / Rig Manager who are locally available in Indonesia, Romania and Turkey. Successful candidates will:
- Be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the drill floor including draw works, mud circulating systems, rotary system and BOP equipment and supervision of the Drilling crew;
- Take note of the drilling parameters (weight on bit, rotary table rpm, pressures, and pump outputs), as well as other work processes (type and expected life of bit, mud characteristics, bore control, etc.), and make sure they are applied correctly. Change the drilling settings to advance the drilling process whenever considered essential and within the established parameters;
- Before starting his shift, receive the handover for the prior shift and check the operation and equipment status;
- Issue Safe Job Analysis before start-up of non-routine operation or job and ensure completion of risk assessments where required;
- Instruct all personnel assigned to him for assistance of their duties and responsibilities and of any special safety precaution to be taken prior to start-up of any work.
What you need to bring
Qualification
- Preferred Engineering Graduate;
- IADC well control(Supervisory),IADC rig pass, Rigging & lifting Technique, Banksman&slinger,standardsignal,BasicH2S, Respiratory Protective Equipment Training (SCBA,SAR) ,Authorized Gas Tester, Defensive Driving, Root Cause Analysis, First Aid-CPR.
- Minimum 10 Years of Drilling Industry experience of Oil & Gas well drilling.
- Minimum 2 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the present position.
