Rig Logistics Analyst

LOCATION: Abu Dhabi - Abu Dhabi - Utd.Arab Emir. DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN

Purpose Owner of the Rig Direct Execution.

Main Responsibilities . Receiving material Call offs (MR) for the Rigs / 3rd Party machine shops. . Coordinating the preparation and dispatch process with Inventory team, Logistics, Yard Supervisor and Yard Crew and integral follow-up of the preparations of the Callout request from the beginning to the end. . Coordination with DEPL team to ensure forecast accuracy and to not compromise on . the commitments with the customer. . Communicating with the customer teams (Drilling Engineer, Tool services, Supply, Handling, Lifting, Warehouse, and Quality) and the 3rd Party machine shops. . Managing the material movement from Tenaris yard to the customer / 3rd party. . Preparing documentation for dispatches and following up on the required approvals from Customer for invoicing the material. . Logistics programming and assigning jobs to different suppliers based on the call out . request delivery location. . Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility. . Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Administration, or related studies. 3-5 years' experience in logistics, preferable working in Oil & Gas Field Good English skill is mandatory both verbal and written Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, good communication skills, service oriented.
