Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Riders Operations Associate

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting daily rider operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery performance. Candidates with prior experience in delivery platforms such as

Noon, Careem, or Talabat

are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of riders, ensuring efficiency and service quality. Manage

rider onboarding, activation, and training

processes. Monitor

attendance, shift allocation, and performance metrics

of riders. Coordinate with riders to resolve issues related to routes, app usage, or order fulfillment. Maintain an up-to-date rider database and ensure proper documentation. Conduct regular

performance evaluations

and implement improvement plans. Handle

rider payments, incentives, and deductions

in coordination with the finance team. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, and HR) to address operational gaps. Prepare and present

daily, weekly, and monthly reports

on rider performance and operational KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience

in rider or fleet operations, preferably with

Noon, Careem, Talabat, or similar delivery platforms.

Strong understanding of delivery operations, dispatch systems, and rider coordination. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

and operations-related applications. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Flexible to work in shifts and field-based when required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
