GazMin Delivery Services LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Rider Fleet Coordinator
to manage and support our growing team of delivery riders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing rider performance, coordinating fleet operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing daily delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and coordinate daily rider assignments and routes.
Track attendance, behavior, and performance of riders.
Manage onboarding, training, and offboarding of riders.
Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of delivery bikes.
Coordinate with logistics, HR, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
Handle rider concerns, complaints, and incident reports professionally.
Maintain updated records of riders, bike registrations, insurance, and license renewals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and delivery standards.
Monitor GPS tracking systems to ensure efficient routing and rider safety.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a fleet or delivery operations role (preferably in the UAE).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of UAE roads, traffic laws, and fleet management systems.
Familiarity with rider scheduling tools and tracking software.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Fluency in English, Urdu and Hindi (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
UAE driving license is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
