In this role, you will be responsible for managing rider schedules, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining smooth communication between riders, customers, and the operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery service coordination and excellent multilingual communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign and monitor daily delivery tasks for riders.
Track rider performance and ensure on-time deliveries.
Handle rider attendance, shift scheduling, and route optimization.
Resolve delivery-related issues and customer complaints efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, delays, and rider feedback.
Communicate effectively with riders, customers, and management in
Hindi, Urdu, and English
.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a delivery service company or similar logistics role.
Visa Status:
Must have a
transferable work visa
(if applicable).
Languages:
Fluency in
Hindi, Urdu, and English
(spoken & written).
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office or logistics management software.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
