# Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach Position

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced rhythmic gymnastics coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, creativity, and a commitment to fostering a positive training environment for athletes of all levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for rhythmic gymnasts

- Teach proper technique for body elements and apparatus handling (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon)

- Choreograph routines that showcase each gymnast's strengths and artistic abilities

- Prepare athletes for competitions and performances

- Monitor and ensure athlete safety during all training sessions

- Maintain open communication with gymnasts and parents

- Collaborate with other coaches to ensure program consistency

- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

- Assist in organizing and running competitions and events

- Support recreational program development and growth

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2years of experience coaching rhythmic gymnastics

- Strong technical knowledge of FIG Code of Points

- Demonstrated ability to work with athletes of various skill levels

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to create positive, motivating training environment

- Experience in routine choreography and music selection

- Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
