Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics lessons for children of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced gymnasts.
- Develop and implement customized training programs that focus on flexibility, strength, technique, and overall gymnastics performance.
- Ensure the safety of all students by enforcing proper gymnastics techniques, gym rules, and emergency procedures.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Organize and supervise gymnastics performances, assessments, and fun activities.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents, ensuring excellent communication and feedback.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and equipment management in the gym.
Requirements:
- Certified Gymnastics Coach with relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience coaching children in a structured gymnastics program.
- Strong understanding of gymnastics safety, injury prevention, and first aid techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and motivational coaching approach.
- Previous experience in a school, sports academy, or club setting is a plus.
