Position Title: Rewinder Operator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation

About the Client:
The first printing and writing paper production facility in the GCC.

\xc2\xa7 Operate the automatic rewinding machine, ensuring proper tension, alignment, and speed during the conversion of parent tissue paper rolls into smaller finished rolls.
\xc2\xa7 Inspect the finished rolls for defects, such as tears or uneven winding, and remove any faulty rolls from the production line.
\xc2\xa7 Perform routine maintenance tasks on the rewinding machine, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure its smooth operation.
\xc2\xa7 Manage the inventory of raw materials, such as parent tissue paper rolls, cores, and glue, and reorder supplies as necessary.
\xc2\xa7 Coordinate with team members, including machine operators, maintenance technicians, and supervisors, to optimize production efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
