Our client is looking for a Rewards Consultant to join the team in Dubai
The Rewards Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in the design and implementation of a broad range of Rewards related solutions and will play a key role in the identification, development and closure of sales opportunities.

The Rewards Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in the design and implementation of a broad range of Rewards related solutions and will play a key role in the identification, development and closure of sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in consulting in the human resources field specializing in the areas of Rewards Management (Compensation and Benefits)
- Prior experience advising boards on executive compensation issues (including equity long-term incentive plans), or experience working on large HR Transformation projects will be an added advantage
- Excellent business writing and communication skills - especially report writing
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential, Arabic speaker is preferred
