  • Establish salary offers for new recruits and internal mobility.
  • Set up and apply salary increase and compensation mechanisms.
  • Ensure the annual update and compliance with the various salary grids and the classification system.

Job Requirements:

Analyze data, ensure consistency of employee compensation and make required readjustments. Perform simulations on the evolution of the payroll (base salary, premiums, bonuses). Administer compensation surveys with external partners. Minimum of 3 years in human resources including 1 to 2 years in a similar function
