Job Description

Participate in cross-functional projects within the Compensation and Performance team Participate in the implementation and updating of procedures for the various Reward & Performance topics Participate in the analysis of the evolution of personnel costs: Actual vs Budget Participate in the preparation of the compensation cycle Monitor the consistency of the data during the cycle and prepare the cycle's materials Participate in the conduct of compensation surveys with the selected provider, Participate in the setting up of the annual salary structures Collaborate in the implementation of compensation and performance policies: reporting, consolidation and monitoring the consistency of data in the different tools. Support the specific reporting and analysis of compensation data for the various GBUs/functions Support the preparation of the annual employee shareholding plans and the monitoring of employee transactions (purchases, sales, etc.) Contribute to the development of consolidation tools for the various benefits granted to MCO MTL & Hub employees Participate in the follow-up of relationships with insurance companies and brokers Update local HR procedures: review, update, cross-functional leadership with various stakeholders (internal control, process owners, etc.) Ensure the management of trainee files Prepare appointment notes Provide support to HRBPs Participate in HR projects
