technologies to build the next generation of intelligent infrastructure -- and we're looking for talented structural BIM modelers to join our Dubai team.

The

Revit Structural / Rebar BIM Modeler

will be responsible for producing detailed 3D models and shop drawings (LOD 400-450) for reinforced-concrete structures, including beams, slabs, columns, and foundations.
You will collaborate closely with our AI + Design automation engineers, civil/structural teams, and field survey units to ensure accurate, coordinated, and data-driven deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

Revit structural and rebar models

from IFC or design drawings. Generate

shop drawings, rebar detailing, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)

in compliance with BS 8666 / ACI 315 standards. Coordinate models with architectural and MEP trades; resolve clashes using Navisworks or AI automation tools. Maintain model integrity and data consistency (LOD 400-500 when required). Assist with

4D / 5D integration

, COBie data tagging, and digital handover files. Participate in

QA/QC reviews

and adopt GCS AI+ BIM standards and templates. Export models for fabrication, coordination, and client submissions.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering. 3-6 years' experience in Revit Structure and Rebar detailing. Strong knowledge of BS 8666, ACI 315, and BIM LOD standards. Proficient in:

Revit Structure, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MS Excel (BBS)

. Experience with

Dynamo scripts, SOFiSTiK, or Graitec PowerPack

is an advantage. Understanding of construction sequencing, shop drawing production, and QA processes. Strong attention to detail, documentation, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with AI-assisted modeling or automation in Revit. Knowledge of 12d Model / Civil 3D integration for infrastructure projects. Experience with data management (Shared Parameters / COBie / IFC Workflows).
