Create detailed Electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
Prepare and update shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate electrical services with mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams.
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and consultant requirements.
Update designs based on site conditions, markups, and design revisions.
Assist in quantity take-offs and documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of UAE/GCC experience in Electrical BIM modeling.
Strong skills in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Good understanding of electrical systems (lighting, power, ELV, cable routing).
Ability to read, interpret, and modify construction drawings.
Must be available in UAE for immediate joining.
