Create mechanical drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches.
Preparation of as built Mechanical construction Drawings
Preparation of complete IFC / shop drawing and submission drawing.
Preparing Shop Drawings and Detailed Design and section for Water Supply ( Plumbing ), Drainage HVAC, and Fire Fighting
Prepare As-Built drawing, Co-coordinating with site installation
Assisting to Preparing MEP Reflected Ceiling Drawing
Comments compliance, revisions and consultants follow up
Making adjustments and changes to a variety of detailed drawings as necessary
Co-coordinating with Mechanical and electrical drawings for site output
Survey of project site and revision/ updating of project drawings.
Preparing Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting and HVAC shop drawings for Residential & Commercial Building, Substation, Potable water pump Station and Firefighting fresh water pump Station.
Preparing Take of Quantity for all kind of mechanical items
Analyse building specifications, codes, space to create mechanical Drawings
Develop detailed designs for mechanical equipment and controls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
