3+ years of GCC project experience

We are looking for a

Revit & CAD Structural Modeler

with strong experience in building construction projects to support structural design teams by producing accurate and coordinated models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

structural models and drawings

using

Revit Structure & AutoCAD

Develop

3D structural models

for RCC & steel structures (columns, beams, slabs, foundations) Produce

GA drawings, detailed drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings

Coordinate with

Structural Engineers, Architects, and MEP teams

to resolve clashes Ensure drawings comply with

project specifications, codes, and standards

Revise drawings based on

design changes, RFIs, and site feedback

Maintain drawing logs and ensure timely submission as per project schedule Support site teams with technical clarifications when required

Requirements / Skills:

Proficiency in

Autodesk Revit Structure & AutoCAD

Strong knowledge of

structural detailing

for high-rise and building projects Experience working on

GCC building construction projects

Good understanding of

construction drawings, standards, and coordination

Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Diploma / Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering or Structural Drafting

Experience in

high-rise residential & commercial projects

Familiarity with

BIM workflows and coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
