Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
BIM Structural Modeler
for a short-term contract assignment in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structural modeling, BIM coordination, and Revit workflows for large-scale building or infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed structural models using Revit and other BIM tools. Ensure models are accurate, clash-free, and compliant with project requirements and BIM standards. Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams for multidisciplinary integration. Support engineers and designers by providing technical input and maintaining drawing/model quality. Participate in regular model review meetings and update models as needed. Prepare construction drawings, sections, and details from the 3D model.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in structural BIM modeling. Proficiency inRevit Structure
, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools. Strong understanding of structural systems and building codes. Prior UAE or GCC experience preferred. Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with remote teams.Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
