Review Architect - Design Studio Dubai
Azizi Developments is hiring a Review Architect to join its in-house Design 360 Studio based in the Al Hudaiba Awards Office, Dubai. The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior Review Architect to review and ensure quality, compliance, and design integrity across various high-profile residential, mixed-use, and community developments, including landmark projects like Burj Azizi and Azizi Venice.

Job Overview

• Review architectural design packages including drawings, reports, and specifications for quality, code compliance, and alignment with project goals
• Conduct technical assessments of all design submissions for accuracy and consistency
• Provide structured feedback and direction to internal architects and consultants
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and international design standards
• Coordinate design updates and monitor revisions through different development stages
• Lead quality control checks to ensure drawing consistency and improve workflow standards
• Support stakeholder presentations, client reports, and documentation required for authorities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and landscape units
• Resolve technical design issues in real-time during the pre-construction phase
• Mentor junior review architects, encouraging best practices and process improvements

Job Requirements
Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture review and coordination
• Prior experience with city hotel or high-rise residential/mixed-use projects preferred

Skills

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bim360, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of local building regulations, planning codes, and international design principles
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess the technical quality of drawings
• Strong coordination, communication, and mentoring skills
