Description

Job Purpose

o perform and apply revenue assurance controls to ensure that the revenue has been identified, captured, recorded, billed, invoiced and reported in a timely manner

Report To Position Name

- Conduct end-to-end Call Detailed Record (CDR) reconciliation for all revenue streams through Revenue Assurance System and report the problems if any to IT department through trouble ticket. - Quantify the revenue leakage for the raised cases and follow up with the concerned parties to close the gaps from the risk areas that lead to revenue loss. - Perform user acceptance test (UAT) for the new products and promotions before their launch commercially to ensure that the marketing department's requirements are applied on the charging and billing system. - Validate the accuracy of post-paid customers' invoices through performing test bill review before launching it on the billing system - Audit the billing and charging system regularly to ensure that the tariffs rates are accurate through making test calls for the implemented tariffs.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Essential Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field. Computer skills especially in MS Office Good Command of English language (Written-Oral-Spoken). MS Office

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Strong analytical and communication skills. Self motivator and creative thinker

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

1-2 years of experience in Revenue Assurance in a Telecommunications company

Revenue Assurance Training for the latest Revenue Assurance techniques
