Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership for all sales and revenue management functions, optimizing hotel occupancy and profitability across diverse segments. Develop and execute integrated sales and revenue strategies to meet and exceed business objectives. Analyze market conditions and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, leisure, MICE, and other key accounts. Oversee daily commercial operations, including sales, revenue management, pricing strategy, forecasting, and inventory control. Lead, mentor, and supervise the commercial team to achieve consistent performance and foster professional growth. Prepare and present regular revenue and sales reports, delivering actionable insights to senior management. Act as a brand ambassador for the hotel, representing it proactively at industry events and within the Qatar market.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales and revenue management roles within 4-star or 5-star hotels in Qatar. Demonstrated success in revenue growth, sales target achievement, and team leadership across commercial disciplines. Expert knowledge of hotel sales, distribution channels, and revenue management software. Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field strongly preferred. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and hotel-specific management/revenue tools.
