Key Responsibilities

Strategically lead all revenue and sales functions, maximizing hotel occupancy and profitability across all segments. Formulate and implement comprehensive sales and revenue management strategies to achieve--and surpass--targets. Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and identify new business opportunities. Manage relationships with corporate, leisure, MICE, and key accounts. Oversee daily operations for sales, marketing, and revenue management, including forecasting, pricing, and inventory controls. Mentor and supervise the commercial team to deliver consistent results and professional growth. Prepare regular sales and revenue reports for management, with actionable insights for continued growth. Represent the hotel at industry events, networking proactively in the Qatar market.
Requirements

Minimum

10 years of experience

in sales and revenue management roles within 4-star or 5-star hotels in Qatar. Proven success in driving revenue, achieving sales targets, and leading multidisciplinary teams. In-depth knowledge of hospitality sales, distribution channels, and revenue management systems. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an asset. Advanced competence in Microsoft Office and hotel management/revenue tools.
