We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Manager to join our team. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing pricing strategies and managing inventory to maximize hotel revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel revenue management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

- Develop pricing strategies to optimize hotel revenue
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor pricing and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Manage inventory to ensure optimal room occupancy and revenue potential
- Forecast demand and adjust pricing and inventory strategies to meet demand
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotions and campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Managing the hotel\'s online distribution channels and maintaining accurate room inventory.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports related to hotel revenue
- Ensure compliance with all financial policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel revenue management or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective pricing and inventory management strategies
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other revenue management software
- Knowledge of hotel operations and accounting systems is required
