We are a growing holiday homes and short-term rental company based in Dubai & New Zealand, managing a portfolio of vacation properties. We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team and help maximize pricing, occupancy, and overall revenue performance.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere.
Responsibilities:
Manage pricing and revenue strategies across all properties Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall performance Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand Optimize listings on OTA platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com Use pricing and revenue management tools to improve performance Prepare regular revenue and performance reports Work closely with operations and marketing teams
Requirements:
Experience as a Revenue Manager in hospitality, holiday homes, or short-term rentals Knowledge of OTA platforms and channel management Experience with pricing or revenue management tools (PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse, or similar) Strong analytical skills Good Excel or Google Sheets skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the Dubai or Middle East market is a plus, but not required
