We are seeking highly skilled

Revenue and Listing Manger

with expertise in Booking Channels
The successful candidate will be responsible for adaptable to changing situations and market dynamics, enthusiastic about implementing competitive methods in industry trends and best practices, implementing effective strategies and driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize pricing and inventory strategies on channels to maximize revenue and occupancy. Monitor competitor pricing and market demand to adjust strategies accordingly.Implement and maintain effective rate structures, promotions, and distribution strategies on channels. Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and forecasts for revenue performance. Property Listing
Answering Inquiries (temporary) - with commission

Prepare forecast/Projection for prospective owner

Qualifications:

Must be knowledgeable in any CRM and Pricelabs

Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or similar role in short-term is a must
