Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute pricing, inventory, and yield strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
Develop accurate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts and performance reports.
Manage distribution channels, including OTA and direct booking platforms, to optimize visibility and conversion.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust strategies accordingly.
Review STR performance reports regularly to benchmark against competitors and identify performance gaps.
Stay informed on local market developments, upcoming events, and competitor activity to anticipate demand shifts.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align commercial goals and promotional strategies.
Maintain and update rate structures, availability, and special offers across all distribution platforms.
Utilize revenue management systems (RMS) and business intelligence tools to drive data-informed decisions.
Participate in annual budgeting, monthly business reviews, and the development of longterm revenue strategies.
Identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities across all guest segments and channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a revenue management role within the hotel industry.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's hospitality market and trends.
Proficient in RMS, PMS, and channel management and distribution systems.
Strong analytical and financial acumen with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and collaborative environment.
