What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a

smart, sharp, numbers-driven

Revenue Manager who lives for market trends, pricing strategy, and squeezing every dirham of value from a listing. If you know how to turn empty nights into revenue and can balance data with instinct--you might just be our next rockstar.

Your Role:

Own the revenue strategy across all listings--from Airbnb to Booking.com to Marriott. Set dynamic prices based on real-time demand, events, and market movements. Monitor competitors and track performance to keep us ahead of the curve. Analyze reports like a pro--ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and more. Keep calendars optimized, rates balanced, and listings performing at their peak. Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align pricing with branding and guest experience. Help launch new units with killer pricing strategies from day one. Be the "go-to" for all things numbers, pricing, and profitability.

What You Bring to the Table:

At least 2 years in revenue management, preferably in short-term rentals or hospitality. A solid grip on OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) and pricing tools (like Pricelabs or Beyond). Strong analytical thinking--Excel doesn't scare you. A pulse on Dubai's tourism trends and high/low seasons. A proactive attitude--you don't wait for things to break, you make things better.
