Revenue Manager

We are looking for Revenue Manager who will be responsible for both strategic and tactical initiatives related to revenue maximization and to drive the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s business plan.

In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll spend a lot of time analyzing trends in the hotel industry. You will be tracking the bedroom and conference space rates offered by our competitors. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also need to maintain parity with room rates offered by online booking companies and be poised to spot peaks and troughs in the market.

What you will be doing:

Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies.

Manage and maintain group and transient controls.

Provide critical of strategies, room\'s statistics and demand factors.

Conduct competitive and demand analysis.

Maintain distribution channel data integrity.

Independently implements appropriate distribution strategy; maintains accurate rates and inventory allotments in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels.

Develops near and long term top-line rooms revenue hotel upon request from the Regional Director of Revenue Management.

Loads all preferred, consortia and promotional rates in GDS and .

Analyzes independently and determines whether hotel is effectively itself across electronic distribution channels.

Participate and prepare rolling forecast and annual using PMS and tools RevTOOLS.

Ensure that all rooms statistics reports, including the , and any other related reports are accurate and consistent.

Your experience and skills include:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or other related field and with at least 2-4 years of successful revenue management experience at a multi-property level.

Experience in hotel revenue management is a must, preferably in a 5-star luxury hotel.

Must have excellent analytical skills and can fully comprehend the travel industry distribution landscape. This includes third party channels, GDS, systems, and .

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are imperative in order to communicate ideas effectively in verbal and written presentations.

Ability to lead initiatives and show skills in follow up, multi-tasking, leadership and for team actions.

Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.

Strong in Microsoft Office skills and competent in handling revenue management system.
