We required a Retrofit HVAC Engineer to maintain, perform repair, troubleshoot on all HVAC equipments

Must have the knowledge of HVAC, DX and Chilled Water system.
Should make site surveys and co-ordination .
Must make inquires to various suppliers for HVAC equipment and compile inputs required to prepare quotations.
Required to prepare sales quotations
Should prepare job acknowledgement, offers, invoices etc
Should be able to negotiate with vendors
Should Prepare internal approval forms and LPO
Should prepare and submit project closing documents like O&M manuals, Completion certificates etc.
Should serve for the satisfaction of customers.
