Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with
active and inactive traders
.
Proactively
retain, upsell, and cross-sell
trading products to maximize client lifetime value.
Promote platform features, tools, market opportunities, and trading campaigns to existing clients.
Analyze trading behavior and identify
at-risk clients
, reactivating them through targeted outreach.
Actively
generate trading volume and sales
from the existing client base.
Work closely with
sales, dealing, and support teams
to optimize the client journey.
Conduct regular follow-ups, resolve client issues, and provide trading-related guidance.
Track, analyze, and report on
retention, sales, and revenue KPIs
, recommending actionable improvements.
Requirements
Minimum
1 years of experience
in Forex or CFD trading platforms (Retention, Sales, Client Success, or Account Management).
Strong understanding of
Forex, Commodities, and US market-linked CFDs
.
Proven ability to
drive sales and trading volume
from an existing client portfolio.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on experience with
CRM systems and sales funnels
.
Fluent in
English
; additional languages are a strong advantage.
