Key Responsibilities:
Client Retention & Reactivation:
Proactively contact
inactive and dormant clients
via phone, email, SMS, and live chat to
reactivate accounts
and re-engage them with GGCC's services.
Identify reasons for inactivity (e.g., market conditions, platform issues, lack of knowledge) and implement
targeted reactivation campaigns
(e.g., incentives, personalized market analysis, or bonus offers).
Track reactivation success rates and refine strategies based on performance data.
Account Management & Support:
Monitor
client inactivity triggers
(e.g., no login/trading for 30+ days) and initiate timely interventions.
Provide
reactivation incentives
(e.g., deposit bonuses, fee waivers, or exclusive webinars) to encourage trading activity.
Educate inactive clients on new platform features, market opportunities, and educational resources to reignite their interest.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with the
sales team
to identify upsell opportunities for reactivated clients (e.g., VIP upgrades, managed accounts).
Provide feedback to
product and marketing teams
on common reasons for inactivity and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
2+ years in
client retention, reactivation, or account management
in forex, fintech, or financial services.
Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of forex markets, trading platforms (MT5), and
reactivation best practices

Communication:
Persuasive and empathetic communication skills to
win back inactive clients
.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret client data and optimize reactivation strategies.
Languages:
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
